How a project moves from submission to closing.
Six stages, in order. Each one has a clear test, and a project that fails a test is told so rather than left waiting.
Origination
We identify project sponsors and commercially viable investment opportunities.
Opportunities reach us through direct submission, referral and our own outreach in the sectors and markets we cover. Every one is logged against a reference number from the moment it arrives.
Preliminary screening
We assess the project, the sponsor, the capital requirement and the information available.
This is a fit test, not due diligence. We are asking whether the project is coherent, whether the sponsor is credible, whether the requirement is defined, and whether anything in our network plausibly funds it. Projects that do not pass are told so promptly.
Investment preparation
Relevant project and financial information is organised for capital-provider review.
Most projects arrive with the substance but not the structure. We work with the sponsor to assemble what a capital provider will actually ask for, in the order they will ask for it — so the first response is a question about the deal, not about the paperwork.
Capital matching
We identify potential funding partners whose mandates may align with the opportunity.
We match on geography, sector, ticket size, instrument, tenor, security and return expectation. A partner who has told us their criteria only sees opportunities that meet them.
Due diligence
The relevant capital provider conducts its required commercial, legal, financial and technical review.
The diligence is the investor's, not ours. Our role is to keep the process moving: coordinating information requests, keeping both sides informed, and flagging problems early rather than late.
Transaction
Subject to satisfactory due diligence and approval, the parties proceed toward documentation and closing.
Terms, documentation and closing are agreed directly between the sponsor and the capital provider with their respective advisers. We facilitate communication through to completion.
Tracking
Every submission has a status.
When you submit a project you receive a reference number. Behind it, the file sits at a defined stage at all times. If you email us the reference, we can tell you exactly where it is and what is holding it.

What this process is not
It is not a guarantee of funding, and no stage of it should be read as one. A project can pass screening, be well prepared and reach a capital provider that fits, and still be declined for reasons that have nothing to do with its quality — timing, portfolio concentration, or a change in the provider's own mandate.
All opportunities are subject to applicable laws, due diligence, investment criteria, documentation and the final approval of the relevant capital provider.
