Have a project that requires capital?
We work with project sponsors, developers and established businesses seeking capital for commercially viable projects. The first step is a short submission — not a full data room.
The bar
Seven things every serious submission has.
Capital providers ask the same questions in a fairly predictable order. A submission that answers them early moves faster and is taken more seriously. If a project is missing one or two of these, say so — we would rather help you close the gap than see the file stall later.
- A clearly defined project. What is being built, bought or expanded, and where.
- A credible sponsor or promoter. Track record, relevant experience, and who stands behind the project.
- A defined funding requirement. A specific amount, not a range that moves.
- Realistic financial projections. Assumptions a third party can test and agree with.
- An identifiable source of repayment or investor return. Where the money comes back from.
- Appropriate documentation. Title, permits, licences, offtake agreements, corporate records — whatever the project type calls for.
- A clear project timeline. What happens when, and what the capital unlocks.
Sectors
Where we originate
- Real estate
- Infrastructure
- Energy
- Manufacturing
- Agriculture & agro-processing
- Logistics
- Technology
- Other commercially viable projects
Sector is rarely the deciding factor on its own. What matters more is whether the project's structure, size and risk profile line up with the mandate of a capital provider we can actually reach.
What happens next
From submission to introduction
We acknowledge and log it
You receive a reference number by email. Quote it in any follow-up and we can find your file immediately.
Preliminary screening
We review the project, the sponsor and the funding requirement against what our capital partners are currently looking for.
Information request
If the project looks fundable, we come back with a specific list of what an investor will want to see. Only then does the detailed work start.
Before you submit
Send a summary, not everything you have. A two-page project summary plus the headline numbers tells us more than a 90-page business plan we have to mine. Detailed documentation comes after preliminary screening.
We do not charge project sponsors to review a submission, and we do not guarantee that any project will receive funding. All opportunities remain subject to due diligence, investment criteria and the final approval of the relevant capital provider.
Ready when you are.
The submission form takes about five minutes.
